My Business is to help build a diverse pipeline of talent for our clients in areas such as science, IT, engineering, and healthcare. Given the recent recession, one would think that finding qualified talent for these positions would be easy. Wrong.

We’ve started a new year and as we said goodbye to 2010, we had an opportunity to review where we stood in terms of our personal goals as well as our organizational metrics.

My most rewarding career accomplishment was successfully leading the SAP implementations at Bristol-Myers Squibb. We re-engineered many of the finance processes, configured the software and then trained our employees to use the new systems.
