Innovation: Linkage’s Institute for Leading Diversity & Inclusion Alumni Program

Introduced in January of 2013, Linkage’s new Institute for Leading Diversity & Inclusion Alumni Program is an innovative institute experience designed to equip D&I experienced practitioners and champions with tools necessary to serve as strategic resources to the business. Designed to build on the skills identified in Linkage’s award-winning Business Impact and Inclusion Competency Model, the Alumni Program begins where the participant’s first year Institute learning experience left off.
Having focused on leading organization transformation while driving business impact at their first Institute, Alumni Program participants build on their ability to influence, build trust, manage conflict, drive change, leverage difference, and deepen their personal business acumen.
Since this program is embedded in the regular Institute, alumni participants also benefit from the traditional Institute experience, including exposure to keynote speakers, facilitated peer learning, networking, and access to Linkage’s Year of Learning—a twelve-month program which combines webinars, broadcasts, and supporting resources to increase each individual’s exposure to D&I outside of their own organization.
