Inspiring Our World Diversity Musical Event

In December 2012, MGM Resorts International debuted Inspiring Our World, a musical production created by employees and performed by an all-employee cast of seventy to educate our 62,000 employees about the company’s mission, core values, and commitment to leadership in diversity, philanthropy, and environmental sustainability.

Increasing Female Representation in Accounting

For years the public accounting industry has hired as many women as men, but women still remain underrepresented at the partner level: Across the industry, women represent 45 percent of all employees but only 21 percent of partners.
