How do you define leadership? It’s an aspect of teaming that guides others in a significant way.
What’s the worst mistake a leader can make? Not listening enough. I’ve made that mistake and regret it. You can learn something from every person you come in contact. Leadership is not a one person act.
What risks should a leader take? First, both you and the people who work with you will make mistakes. Be okay with that possibility. Secondly, share enough about you so that others can understand your strengths and weaknesses. They can then shore up your weaknesses with their strengths.
Given the chance, would you do anything differently? I am always curious about the path not taken. I wish I could travel along many of the paths not taken just to have the knowledge and experience from them. But I have no regrets at all in that I learn and keep going.
